Hudson Employment Index Archive

The Hudson Employment IndexSM was a measure of the U.S. workforce's overall confidence in the employment market, published by Hudson from 2004 until early 2008. Based upon monthly telephone surveys with approximately 9,000 U.S. workers, the Index tracked aggregate employment trends around career opportunities, hiring intentions, personal finances, and job satisfaction.

The Index data reflects the opinions of a diverse cross-section of employees, at all career levels within all industries. Unlike other employment-related measures, it primarily focuses on employees' views.
